Help to Buy (Scotland) Affordable New Build Scheme

Applications for Help to Buy (Scotland) Affordable New Build scheme are currently being accepted for buyers eligible to access the initiative.

With Help to Buy, you only need to save a five per cent deposit, and under the new rules, the Scottish Government will provide an equity loan of up to 15% so you can apply for a smaller mortgage and have more mortgage options available to you.

The equity loan is available on new homes priced up to £200,000, but the limit reduces to £175,000 in 2018, so it’s best to move quickly to secure your dream home.
