Sales & Marketing Director
Muir Homes are one of Scotland’s largest privately-owned housebuilders, with sites across Scotland. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales team, based in Inverkeithing.
This role will have full responsibility for the Sales and Marketing function of the business, ensuring that the team meets sales targets and drives revenue growth. You will lead, coach and manage the sales team to implement the sales strategy for each site and ensure that they are achieving agreed KPI’s, as well as meeting all company standards.
You will be responsible for instructing market research and product selection, as well as the management of client reservations, through to legal handover to clients. You will have strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to look ahead and produce marketing campaigns to address site specific issues or residential sector challenges.
You will be a highly motivated individual and be able to demonstrate leadership of a sales team within a housebuilding environment. You will be a team player and be able to motivate our sales team to deliver a positive journey for our customers, throughout the buying process, whilst meeting sales targets. You will be a logical thinker and be able to demonstrate an awareness of how to address current market conditions and upcoming residential issues.
It is essential that you are able to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail. You should have a well-developed commercial acumen and possess excellent analytical abilities, presentation skills and be able to communicate these to colleagues.
Key Post Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- A minimum of 10 years housebuilding experience
- Experience managing and motivating a residential sales team
- Marketing experience, both press and online, including website development
- MS Office products (word, excel, PowerPoint)
